myLinks erhebt, speichert und überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an den Anbieter oder an Dritte.

Deine Inhalte

Alles, was du in der App anlegst — deine gespeicherten Links, Notizen, Fotos, Tags und Kategorien — wird ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Der Anbieter hat darauf keinen Zugriff.

iCloud-Synchronisation (optional)

Wenn du die iCloud-Synchronisation aktivierst, werden deine Inhalte zusätzlich in deinem persönlichen iCloud-Speicher abgelegt, damit sie auf deinen anderen Apple-Geräten verfügbar sind. Diese Daten liegen in deinem eigenen Apple-Konto — nicht auf Servern des Anbieters. Es ist keine Registrierung und kein Konto beim Anbieter nötig. Für die Verarbeitung in iCloud gilt die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple.

Kamera und Fotos

myLinks kann auf Wunsch Fotos aufnehmen oder aus deiner Mediathek hinzufügen, um sie einem Link zuzuordnen. Der Zugriff erfolgt nur nach deiner ausdrücklichen Erlaubnis und ausschließlich für diesen Zweck. Die Bilder bleiben lokal bzw. in deiner iCloud.

Teilen aus anderen Apps

Über die Teilen-Funktion von iOS kannst du Links direkt aus Safari oder anderen Apps an myLinks übergeben. Der übergebene Link wird genauso behandelt wie ein selbst eingetragener — lokal gespeichert, ohne Übermittlung an den Anbieter.

4. Was die App nicht tut

• Kein Benutzerkonto, keine Registrierung, keine Anmeldung
• Keine Werbung und keine Werbe-Kennungen
• Keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Statistik-Werkzeuge
• Keine Weitergabe oder Verkauf von Daten an Dritte
• Keine Standortdaten, keine Kontakte, kein Adressbuch
• Kein Profiling, keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung

5. Deine Rechte

Da der Anbieter keine personenbezogenen Daten von dir verarbeitet, gibt es beim Anbieter auch keine Daten, die ausgekunftet, berichtigt oder gelöscht werden könnten. Deine Inhalte kontrollierst du selbst:

• Löschen: Einzelne Einträge in der App löschen, oder die App vom Gerät entfernen — damit sind alle lokalen Daten weg.
• iCloud-Daten löschen: In den App-Einstellungen unter iCloud, oder über die iOS-Einstellungen → Apple-ID → iCloud → Speicher verwalten.

Nach DSGVO stehen dir die Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch zu. Ebenso das Recht auf Beschwerde bei der österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).

6. Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern. Da überhaupt keine Daten erhoben werden, entsteht auch kein besonderes Risiko.

7. Änderungen

Sollte sich der Funktionsumfang der App ändern und dadurch eine Datenverarbeitung entstehen, wird diese Erklärung vorher angepasst. Das Datum oben zeigt den aktuellen Stand.

2. What data is processed

myLinks does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to the provider or to third parties.

Your content

Everything you create in the app — your saved links, notes, photos, tags and categories — is stored locally on your device. The provider has no access to it.

iCloud sync (optional)

If you enable iCloud sync, your content is additionally stored in your personal iCloud storage so it is available on your other Apple devices. This data resides in your own Apple account — not on the provider's servers. No registration or account with the provider is required. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to processing within iCloud.

Camera and photos

myLinks can take photos or add them from your library to attach them to a link. Access happens only with your explicit permission and solely for this purpose. The images remain local or in your iCloud.

Sharing from other apps

Using the iOS share sheet you can pass links to myLinks directly from Safari or other apps. A shared link is treated exactly like one you entered yourself — stored locally, never transmitted to the provider.

No other data transmission takes place.

4. What the app does not do

• No user account, no registration, no sign-in
• No advertising and no advertising identifiers
• No analytics, tracking or statistics tools
• No sharing or selling of data to third parties
• No location data, no contacts, no address book
• No profiling, no automated decision-making

5. Your rights

Since the provider processes no personal data about you, there is no data held by the provider that could be disclosed, corrected or deleted. You control your content yourself: delete individual entries in the app, or remove the app from your device — all local data is then gone. iCloud data can be deleted in the app settings under iCloud, or via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Under the GDPR you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

6. Children

The app is not directed at children and knowingly collects no data from children. As no data is collected at all, no particular risk arises.

7. Changes

Should the app's functionality change in a way that introduces data processing, this policy will be updated beforehand. The date above shows the current version.
